The staff in Gqeberha seemed completely unfazed and unfriendly to me. And also the bus was an hour and 10 minutes late. Everytime I'd ask a staff member where is the bus they say "coming now" "coming now". They should know where the bus is so why not indicate a specific time that the bus will arrive and also apologize. Nobody seemed to care that it was late. Overall I'm not surprised with the experience but still disappointed.
