There was nothing enjoyable. Bus broke from Kokstad to about 15km to Mthatha. Luckily there was another one after us so we were asked to take our bags and occupy it. When we got at Umthatha, we had to occupy another bus for the second time now. First bus airconditioner was working, 2nd and 3rd bus was not.

Firstly I love Big Sky bus as it has comfortability of seating space for legs and reclining chair to rest .Drivers though need to develop a more better attitude towards passengers .They have no mannerism of addressing a passenger .Secondly the bus arrived extremely late causing a very difficult experience as myself and 4 females stood outside as the depo closed.Timing is not of accuracy
