This was honestly the worst experience i’ve ever had, the bus was scheduled to arrive at 11:10 at kokstad but we only arrived at 17:00pm along the way we changed buses 3 times because the buses kept breaking down, and on the last bus the aircon wasn’t working, we were literally sweating, this is very unprofessional and unexceptable.
