I bought the ticket the previous day. When I arrived at the pickup point, the driver informed me that my name was not on the list. I showed him my e-ticket which I received via email the previous day but the driver insisted that I cannot get on the bus. The bus left me in Potchefstroom and I had to go back to town to buy another ticket from Intercape to get to Pretoria. I was on the phone with the helpline but they couldn't help me. The Excuse was that they did not see my ticket on the system.
