For one the toilet couldn't be utilised 100% passengers were instructed to do number one only, unfortunately there was a lady who had a runny tummy so we had to make numerous stops to accommodate her. Secondly I'm not sure if the bus had a clash with a small car the bus stopped the drivers got off with out saying anything to us even when they got back. Thirdly we were supposed to reach our destination at 5pm but we arrived an hour later.
