The trip was smooth and quick, but the smell of the toilet was horrible,I couldn’t eat in the bus

Bus was delayed with an hour. First stop one passenger did not get back on the bus. After bus left town it had to turn around and go back to fetch person. Passenger is 76 years old, had difficulty to get into and out of bus. Bus was suppose to arrive 13:30 and only arrived around 14:30 and 14:45. Passenger had to struggle to find a lift home die to the late arrival.
