The bus was supposed to be in Pinetown at 9:30 and arrive in Jhb at 17:07 only arrived at 11:00, then we arrived in Jhb at 19:30, I don’t think this is professional as passengers we planned the times for our friends and families to pick us up, when I got out of Park Station my lift was gone and I had to request Uber, even the place where I had to go and stand for Uber had no street lights, it was so dodgy, am so disappointed

We were allocated the Tour liner bus and we received messages in time to notify us. It was luxurious and the drivers were highly professional and friendly. The best but I have never been disappointed with Intercape and Big Sky my all time favorites

The driver was friendly however the status of your buses lately we were on the road from 10am to 10pm almost got stuck in the middle of nowhere cause the gears were not fuctioning… on top of the money we paid for poor service we had to again. Go spend more money to request to our homes cz the taxis are finished. Really disappointed the buses youll take out are really not in a good state at all had the driver stopped we could have been in danger ourselves

Staff told us that the toilet was to be used for urinating only, making it very uncomfortable for anyone who is pressed to defacate.
