The bus was supposed to be in Pinetown at 9:30 and arrive in Jhb at 17:07 only arrived at 11:00, then we arrived in Jhb at 19:30, I don’t think this is professional as passengers we planned the times for our friends and families to pick us up, when I got out of Park Station my lift was gone and I had to request Uber, even the place where I had to go and stand for Uber had no street lights, it was so dodgy, am so disappointed

Not enough space between the seats to allow one to stretch. Bus arrived 2 hours later to its destination, making some of us to incur extra charges in places where we made bookings for accommodation. Staff told us that the toilet was to be used for urinating only, making it very uncomfortable for anyone who is pressed to defacate.
