The driver was not friendly, as a first time Intercape Budgetliner I didn’t know that I have to submit the note to them , he just said to me I should go away that was not my bus but it was it just that I didn’t collect the note to the office as I was not aware about it

I am not happy with intercape bus anymore, a bus that was suppose to reach Pretoria and at 09:30 in the morning is not yet arrived since it left Queenstown at 19:30

They are punctual, comfort and clean. but some heaters are not working. the bus from Pretoria to Queenstown departed on the 08/10/2025 was very cold. but we enjoyed our journey.

The worst, the tyre burst and it took 3 hours for the breakdown to come, no communication from the driver , he slept throughout and his driving was bad the bus also was bad . I will never book your bus ever.

I enjoyed because all the charging platforms were all working and after every stop the driver asks if everyone is back in the bus to avoid leaving anyone behind
