I didn't enjoy my trip. The window that was adjacent to my seat was not airtight. I was was cold the whole time. I tried communicating it with my bus driver but he just looked at me and didn't respond. Worst part is that he had a tape he was using to seal his own window. He didn't seem to care about my window, he only cared about himself...customer service was very poor.

Horrible, we paid for premium and we got the worst bus ever. No reclining. No space between seats. Absolutely cramped and hot. Charging ports in our chairs didn't work.
