Bus Tickets from Newcastle, ZA to Pretoria

I did not enjoy a single thing💔. We were told to go buy food and go to the rest room only to find them taking our suitcases out and telling us to go to another bus and that was not enough ,the bus was busy stopping everywhere on the road .We we’re suppose to be in PTA by 12:30 but we arrived at 17:00 tell me how is that possible .

We travelled for 12 hours from Newcastle to Pretoria. It was such a horrible trip, the bus broke and we had to wait for hours to get help. It was very disappointing

Pick up time was 07:30 but we ended leaving at 8:30 due to confusion with booked passagers and unbooked passagers, bus broke down in joburg and help took forever to come. I took the bus on Friday 18 July 2025 from pretoria to Newcastle which left on time however spent and hour for no clear reason in a bus depot in Mayville driver named sizwe drives recklessly over speeding

Enjoyed the comfortable seats and luckily the weather was great but the bus was late, drove very fast at some point. Overall 6/10

The bus was comfortable but the driver was speeding in the rain and that made me unsettled

I didn't enjoy anything. The bus was 1h30 mins late. I never received any notification or apologies

Next time please give us tags for our bags and atleast put some bags so we can throw away our dirt rather than leaving it on the seat

The trip was okay, just that the bus was late, and we had to wait even longer at the park station for the next bus to Pretoria. Please do try to work on time management, at least if the bus is going to be late update us.

My problem was a broken window by my side and it was the only 2 sitter available as I was traveling with a toddler.It was making an unsettling noise and a heavy cold wind was coming in throughout the trip.It was a very uncomfortable trip for me and my child
