Well the bus was late,however I do understand there are unforeseen circumstances like road works,traffic etc…case in point after the bus picked me up in Ladysmith it had to turn back to Ladysmith just for one of the passengers negligence,who left a child in the bus & claim he went to the rest room…so we all had to bare with the drivers,,,however on the other side I would blame the company for not having serviceable ablution facilities in some of the buses…please do improve on that please.& also have something like a small canteen on the long distance buses especially @night cause wow 😮…& I full understand they cannot be granting passengers breaks every 30 minutes,we all rushing to get to our destinations

I didn’t enjoy anything, it was just another disappointment after the other. The bus was an hour plus late and stinking. We had a very long pause at Montrose because it had to wait for a refill, it had many stops😭😭. An arrival time was supposed to be 14:55 but we arrived few minutes before 20:00. Had a very dissatisfying experience
