I understand that any car can have mechanical problem, however the management kept us waiting for 2 hours after the bus overheated. Just few kilometers from PRETORIA where there is a depot. It's so unprofessional and undermining the travellers who some where even late for work. No communication no apologies.

I was informed by the customer care agent that my cell number was not captured right when i made the booking . The bus had a broken air conditioning system, imagine being cooked in this heat with a whole lot of people without even proper ventilation because the windows can't be opened , not to speak the fact that it arrived more than an hour late without any notification nor explanation !!! Really horrible experience
