I enjoyed the ride. I didn't enjoy that there was miscommunication amongst drivers on where they were driving to, which forced me to exit one bus and move to another, only to be told I have to go back to the first one again.

The driving was very good and excellent the drivers are highly experienced. I did not enjoyed at Queenstown @Sasol Garage where we stopped for refreshments the toilet conditions were very poor and inadequate. All males had to stand in a que to use one toilet and the rest of the toilets were not were working, It was a very disappointing moment disgusting and unhygienic. I just wish next-time they choose a better stop that accommodates everyone.

However, there are mentions of challenges with luggage handling as passengers had to manage their own bags. Additionally, some users expressed concerns about frequent stops and occasional delays affecting punctuality for important commitments like interviews.
