One bus arrived at 22h27 and I was told it wasn't the one. When I asked as to where mine was, the driver asked as to how he can know what's happening when there's more than 500 buses at the depot where they pick up their buses. He was minding his own. If I didn't receive any message I have to continue to wait it's not his business if travellers aren't advised if and when there are delays. I was shocked and he left me there. The bus arrived 2 hours later than scheduled 😭😭😭
