The guy that checked our bags in at the Pretoria station was very rude. Went out to do God knows what, and when it was time to check the 13:45 bus passengers, he had an attitude that made it seem like were the ones that were at fault for not being checked in. Even asked “where were they when they were meant to be checked in?”
