Bus Tickets from Riversdale, ZA to Cape Town

The bus was more than an hour late with no notification. I caught the bus from a small town along the N2 so it was cold and inconvenient waiting for the bus, especially not knowing how much longer i must still wait.

The bus arrived 2and half hours later than stated on the booking, not happy at all!

The bus was 4 and a half hours late and no-one contacted us to let us know that it will be late or any update on if the bus will be arriving. Poor service.

The bus never pitched. No communication, couldn't get through to them via telephone. Do not recommend ❗

We were driving in the night to Cape Town in a high accident zone and our bus driver who was on his phone permanently, was now looking at his cell phone screen and had one finger on the steering wheel. I was sitting in the front on the opposite side, thus had full view of him. I told him sternly to put his cellphone away, since it was illegal and he was putting the 60 passengers life in danger, he listened, but later was back on his phone, so I took photos. Two tourists thanked me for doing this, since they were on the bus for longer than me and had seen his behavior. The bus was also 3 hours and 40 minutes late, making me late. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to be careful too. I'm still deciding whether I should take action.

The bus did not pick me up

I will never make use of their service again. I waited for 2 hours and couldn't get hold of their customer service. The bus didn't come during that time.
