Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Estcourt

I booked Intercape mainliner but was put on Big sky. If I wanted big sky, I was gonna book big sky

Once again another 2hr 30min delay with communication 1hr 25min after initial time of leaving which was 6pm

Firstly, our trip was delayed by 1hr 40mins..we were on the bus at 18:00 but it only departures at 19:40..we only made it to our destination 3 hours later than the said arrival time due to the driver missing a stop and having to turn back.. It was an evening trip, we couldn't rest because the reading lights stayed on and kept flickering causing headaches.. Our seats were literally loose so every few minutes we had to get up and push them back into place as they were sliding off.. It was a nightmare, especially since travelling with kids.

Hi my trip was good Driver very friendly. One problem I forgot to off load my welding machine. please assist me on retrieving my welder please it's oil cooled machine and yellow in colour

My trip was terrible. My driver missed my stop completely and I was forced to get off the bus at another location in the most unfavorable weather conditions (snow). The driver repeated that it was my fault that HE missed my stop and I was further inconvenienced by having to book in at the place I was dropped off since the weather meant that no travelling was permitted that evening.

Nous devions être déposés à Estcourt, mais cela nous arrangeait d'être déposés à Mooi River, qui était sur la route. Nous avons demandé au chauffeur si c'était possible, il nous a répondu que oui, puis une fois à Mooi River, il a refusé de nous laisser descendre et nous a tenus en otage jusqu'à Pietermaritzburg.

Horrible, the bus had a problem and the driver didn't inform us. We had to wait for almost 3 hours on the side of the road for another bus. Original arrival time 00:37 but I ended up arriving at 04:38

There was something wrong with that bus from the start. Obviously it needed maintenance as it lost speed, couldn't get up hills and we had warning lights on dashboard that kept on going off.

It unhygienic, unrealistically late three hours to be exact. Honestly the last time I’ll ever use the service
