Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Knysna

I missed the bus and got told I can't book the next one and I can't get a refund

Everything was fine, except for the music being played. A wider choice could be played as we are multicultural.

Awesome. Always a pleasure and may the lord bless 🙌 and keep the drivers healthy. With a huge responsibility to keep us save .they doing a Sterling job .passengers let's show us hero's the drivers how spacial they are .

Very bad experience. Drivers were okay, very friend but commuters very problematic. Bus stopped 3 times on the road because of the commuters wanting to pee and the staff allowed dat. Bus suppose to arrive at 2:20 in knysna but arrived at 4:40

The bus was delayed but communication was sent early in the morning which helped to prevent going to the bus station and waiting there for long hours. They sticked to the new departure time and I arrived on my destination exactly at the estimated time of arrival. The bus was neat and didn’t have any technical issues on the way. Good experience overall.

Never again. The bus departed 4 hours later. The bus driver was obnoxious & rude. I had to take medicine for a migraine and ask to wake me at my destination. They woke me at the next town where I was dropped at 4am. I had to pay for bags!

The service was great we did not experience any delays or problem the bus arrived on time in Knysna but the bus was a bit cold

Kindness and perfection by drivers. Cleanines of a bus comfortable for everyone.

The drivers were skilled in their driving, after few delays along the way but we managed to arrive on schedule.

As a first time traveler, I must say that it was quite amazing and the Driver par excellence- and a gentleman as well! Please may I ask who to contact re my toiletry bag and a bag with my whiskey (v important playing the Irish today!)which I left on the bus. It was the 6am Blue Sky bus from CT to Knysna. My seat was 3rd row on right side behind the Driver and these items were in the rack above me.

Bus was clean and on time as per ticket times. Overall smooth journey and professional staff

They charge me extra for small box of luggage which I paid And they couldn't give me receipt for Didn't tell me y The driver just said I must pay

I enjoyed every thing about the trip

The bus is comfortable but drivers were very rude to commuters

The trip was cancelled without prior notice. Eventually left on a coach 3.5 hours later than scheduled. Should have arrived about 9 pm on same day. Arrived at approximately 2 next morning. Highly unsatisfactory.

Service was fine,didn't appreciate the cockroaches on the bus though.Trip was otherwise fine.

Enjoyed nothing, at first didn't go at 2pm. As it was suppose to. Stops for breaks non stop, then got stocked for about an hour. Final destination time was at 9.30pm only arrived in knysna 12am the next day😡😡first time boarding with your bus and was my last time also
