Televisions on the bus were not working. Toilet was not cleaned for more than 1000 Kms (Cape Town to Klerksdorp) and the smell of the toilet was not good at all

My aunt was talking to me and the conductor rudely interrupted her. When she told him off, he refused me to get on the bus and then I was falsely accused of being drunk. I had to call security who spoke to him before he allowed me to embark.

Was somewhat spacious and clean, first few hours went fast. Saw quite a few bugs on the bus ride. Also dont like how they allow people whom sell items on the bus. Overall staff on the bus were meh, they were atleast lively.

The trip was a total disaster. Water was dripping uncontrollably from the ceiling due to condensation, something that could have been avoided with a proper air conditioning system.
