That's the worst trip ever, we left the station an hour late then before even 50kms we were told the bus has no brakes we had to disembark from the bus and wait for another hour for another bus,, INTERCAPE IS THE WORST WILL NEVER EVER BOARD IT AGAIN

The trip was excellent. The bus arrived on time at the pick up point in Bellville and drove very well all the way to midrand.

Bus was suppose to be there 5:30 and only came 6:30 . No toilet on board even though when we booked it showed toilet , now this is important cause my girlfriend is pregnant. We had to get off every 2/3 hours for her to go to toilet . She even threw up a few times and it was hard with no toilet . Bus was also delayed between 5-7 cause of bus overheating. Our trip was supposed to be 17 hours and 30 mins it ended up almost being 24 hours !!! Absolutely ridiculous . No port was working so phones were dead . I honestly don’t know what we paid for … But never ever again.Oh and the one guy was so rude taking the bags and told us we must give R50 we asked for what and he didn’t want to load my luggage. It all had tags on from inside. We booked a flight back now and will never ever do this again especially this bus line

It’s very sad to drive in a bus with 60 passengers,no windows and the air conditioning is switch off,not broken…switch OFF.preference to one of the drivers-the older gentleman man of the two.disappointing.

The bus was supposed to arrived at 9.10am on the 5th July and it is now 19.15 and my son has not yet arrived. There is no urgency
and no apologies for this.
I would never recommend it to anyone.
