Bus Tickets from Mount Frere to Johannesburg

Didn’t enjoy anything about their trip nor services.Bus came very late and driver driving at higher speed

Bus Was late and the driver was rude made us wait outside on the rain whilst he was busy ticking people who were on the list and very few peple were there,less than ten which could have been handled better considering kids who got wet outside

Well.. I’m not happy at all.. the bus ibingena umoya and I ask the driver and her told me theres nothing they can about that.. I have to change sits .. I was so cold.

We kept getting exchanged from one bus to another along the way to Joburg, some passengers didn’t even have seats coz the bus we were transferred to was small. It was just disappointing to watch. 💔🤦‍♀️

The bus was 2 hours late and there was no communication at all. Not even an apology. Just greatful it didn't die on the road!!

The crew is rude, they do not communicate with customers, stop where it suits them

I bought the ticket , there was no bus. I was stranded at a waiting station as a women in the night

Bus was supposed to be at johanesburg park station at 03:15,but it only arrived at 08:30 with no explanation of what's could be the problem. Very dissaponted with your service and i wont recommended one to use this buses anymore

It was changed to be city express, was 40 min late and it was running fast on our way to JHB

Bus No.831 Eagle Liner service from Drivers was very good, but the bus condition was not goo for me .

I enjoyed every thing about the bus but there was one thing I didn’t like about the bus the driver almost left us at Montrose.

Bus arrived late kept making unnecessary stops and not communicating why with us the passenger, I hated the entire journey

The bus broke down in Heidleburg which shows lack of maintenance n that this company cares very little about their customers

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress regarding a recent bus journey from Eastern Cape to Johannesburg. My two brothers and I booked tickets with your company due to transportation challenges in our rural area. However, the bus departed without us, despite our presence at the bus stop. When I tried to contact the driver, he was extremely rude and uncooperative. He accused me of being rude, which is untrue and can be proven by witnesses. Due to his actions, we were left stranded and had to incur additional expenses: - R600 for a special car to take us to the second stop (Kokstad) - Double the amount for new bus tickets This situation is exacerbated by the fact that we're burying our brother, and we're already facing significant financial strain. The driver's behavior was unacceptable, and we're shocked that such treatment could occur during a time of bereavement. I kindly request: - A formal apology and assurance that the driver will face appropriate Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Unfortunately I didn't get to experience anything because I booked citiliner bus I was not told that the bus that was coming was coming was Greyhound so I missed it because I was waiting for citiliner I am not happy at all

The bus was on time n very clean.the driver was rude when there asking for a heater,he said they call the call centre.

Bus arrived so late with many unnecessary stops. Drivers were rude and the toilet was so smelly.

The bus doesn't stop at Mount Frere and that is not even communicated. Bus exchanged us to another bus in the middle of nowhere, I had so much luggage and traveling with a baby

It's very disappointing me because I booked ticket for my auncle from mount frere to Johannesburg driver didn't stop the bus just drive through to next town and my auncle take taxi to there spend more money
