Bus Tickets from Ottawa, CA to London, CA

Terrible. Our bus was like an hour late coming into Union Station and about 15 of us missed our connection to our next stop... I tried contacting Flixbus to tell them that we were stuck behind traffic but very close to the station to see if we could get them to wait for us, but by the time we got there (5 min past the scheduled time), the bus had left. I ended up having to purchase a separate ticket for $50 because their solution was to offer a free fare the next morning at 6 am... Will not be using again.

Cheap price. Uniquely small seats on 12 c/d compared to other seats around. Other passenger blasted their phones. Lastly, the outlet did not work.

bus left early (was lots of traffic due to snow/weather conditions) and so I was stuck in traffic and missed the bus. wasn’t clear if bus would’ve been late or not.

I loved almost everything about the service. Only issue was that the bus was really cold.

Ottawa bus station is dangerous as there is lining up to board and this creates a hasard

My last bus was dirty so I'd appreciate a cleaner bus, seats and deep clean in the crevices but other than that the previous two buses were pretty clean and ALL buses were on time. It might seem small but this made the trip especially with 2 transfers that much more enjoyable, pleasant and peaceful. No stress, everything went smoothly. It was great!

Bus broke down and they kicked everyone off at the wrong end off London. (WhiteOaks Mall instead of Western University). I had to pay for an Uber to get home so not only was I out more $$ but was later arriving home. MegaBus abandoned their customers so now we abandon them in every aspect of this review.

The bus rides are very comfortable and the speed is just right.

My bus trip from Toronto Pearson Airport (Terminal 1) to London – Downtown on October 16, 2025 was delayed by more than two hours. It was supposed to arrive at 11:30 p.m., but I didn’t get to London until around 1:50 a.m. The delay caused extra costs for transportation and accommodation.

every single time I used their seervices the busses are always late, gosh! always delayed. Every single time.

They driver was late and there was no timely communication to that. The first bus was in good condition except that the plugs were not working and I couldn't charge my phone. The second bus we transfer to did not have plugs at all and it was smelling of urine.

Unprofessional company. Driver arrived 40 minutes late. Yelling at customers and constantly smoking cigarettes in their faces. I witnessed him yelling at multiple people through the day. Essentially anyone that would ask him a question he would yell back “I own this company”. Second bus was delayed an hour. A bus showed up that looked like it was just stolen and painted completely black with cheap spray paint. It was an experience that’s for sure. Definitely my last with that company.

It was an absolute nightmare. I arrived at the bus stop at the scheduled time and location but the bus never showed up. As an 18-year-old girl stranded in downtown Toronto on a dark, cold, and dangerous night, I felt helpless and scared. Despite my desperate attempts to contact the company for an explanation, there was no response from their chat support or any update on the bus status. The situation left me highly vulnerable and my parents, who were the only ones who could help, were three hours away. I had to find a safe place to stay, which cost me extra money and added to my already mounting stress. The lack of communication and disregard from the company is unacceptable. I urge them to take responsibility for their mistakes and ensure that this never happens to anyone else. The disrespect from the company is unacceptable.

The bus was an hour late and I was never notified, waiting outside in the cold... the driver decided to take a 15 mins mid-ride break regardless of us being late, which turned into a 34 mins break. I missed my connection in Toronto (they sent another one shortly after, which was nice, but I was still very late to my engagement). Oh and there was no WiFi or functional power outlets on both busses. I don't usually give bad reviews, but this was absolutely horrible and it was my first and last time riding with these folks. Sorry.
