The Driver was courteous with the passengers and careful with his driving. He assisted me with embarking and debarking as I have mobility issues. He even brought my carry on to my seat. Very kind, attentive and patient. Much appreciated. Will use this busline again.

I took the bus several times in past no issues. This time I was in a long lineup and the driver was away then came bck so he didn’t see me in the lineup . Got mad at me saying Go Lie Up! I said why I’ve been in the lineup why again?? Even the people behind me said I was there the whole time. Trevor , driver, didn’t even apologize. So rude!

Driver was super slow and I reached late by 2 hours then the designated time. Also, he didn't start the charging outlet and my phone was dead so I walked more than 10km to reachy destiny. I will never use this service and never advice my friends to do this as well.
