First off! Only 10 minutes on arrival, traffic jam on 401, Driver was really excellent, polite and patient!

Mostly fine experience. However when it started to rain, the ceiling of the bus was leaking (heavily) in several places.

FlixBus Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
I was very impressed with your service. The bus was on time and the driver was excellent. The only thing I would say that perhaps the driver could help the passengers to load and unload their luggage (especially the seniors).

Good experience as far as the drive went. Booked it for my husband to meet family in Toronto. Bus driver was unhelpful when loading, my husband had a heart condition and he didn’t offer to help with luggage. Young women were pushing luggage back and rearranging luggage to fit more in as he stood there and watched.

Red Arrow ON Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
The seat was comfortable. It was a smooth ride. The only downside of my trip was the waiting time to leave Kingston. It was emphasized that I have to be at departure point 15 min before departure, but the bus had dinner break at Harvey’s for 30 min and since there was no assigned seating, I had to wait for everybody get on board first. I was waiting for 45 min to get on the bus.

I like the communication letting me know if there are any changes in the schedule and route, the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the attentiveness of the two—or three-member crew. Also, being able to choose where to sit comfortably, like in an airplane-style chair (pull-out tables are included for each chair), is a bonus.

Bus driver was quite rude. There was garbage in my seat and no drinks or snacks available.
According to the users, the journey was pleasant and provided a sense of privacy. However, there were consistent reports of delays with buses arriving late at pick-up points. Despite these timing issues, travelers found the overall experience satisfactory.

Driver was very nice however was disappointed as thought was booking a bus not a sprinter van, bus was pretty late

Very dissatisfied, the bus arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. We were informed it would be a 20 minute delay, followed by a 30-35 minute delay and then no notice of the following delay! I also expected a bus and got an email saying that it was a stretcher van… which meant it had no bathroom. So after waiting this extra 45 minute unknown delay in the cold and rain and almost giving up to go home I had to postponed be my plans that I had that night. Not to mention we stopped at a stop (going out of the way) where no one got off!

Got an email saying going to be 30 min late. Showed up 75 min late. Suppose to be direct. Stopped Scarborough and Yorkdale. Suppose to be coach and was an uncomfortable van with no washroom or wifi.

Rider Express Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
Driver was very pleasant. Drive was very comfortable. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper. Sadly, I discovered as I was taking my bag out of the overhead compartment, that there was an extra roll of tp there. There either needs to be a full roll at the beginning of a trip, or two rolls always available IN the bathroom. This is an important part of the comfort of the trip.
The seats have NO lumbar support, so not very comfortable.

Half an hour late then getting to Toronto 40 mins late. This was traffic and does not reflect on the driver

First bus arrived 15 minutes late and was full, they told us to wait 30 minutes for another bus. 30 minutes later another bus shows up, also full. We waited an hour and 15 minutes until we finally got on a bus, so we got to Toronto at 12:15 am instead of 10:40 pm.
Customers have mixed opinions about the Book a Ride Bus service. Some appreciate the affordable price and overall experience, despite inaccurate ticket times. Others mention issues like lack of charging plugs, late buses, and unpleasant odors onboard. My experience with Book A Ride was horrible. The bus delayed 3 hours, literally, 3 hours and I have screenshots that prove this. I was supposed to arrive at my destination at 10PM and I got there 1:30AM.

MapleBus Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
The bus driver was very friendly and polite. The bus was small and one of the front windows had a bit of a leak (was raining), however it was clean, ticket was very affordable and seats were really comfortable. No drinks or snacks on the bus however the driver was kind enough to let me leave my snack & reusable water bottle in my carry on. Was offered a bathroom/stretch break which was nice.
The only issue I had was the person in the seat in front of me reclined so far back and the top of his seat was very close to me- maplebus should consider limiting how far back the seats can recline.
Overall I would recommend this bus to others and use it again!
