Intercity bus Premium Toronto London recent customer reviews
The bus arrived 90 minutes late, was hot and stuffy with minimal air circulation. The suspension was rough, baggage hold grimey, and made it to my destination 2 hours past the estimated arrival time.

The bus came late and did not stop at White Oaks mall. I had to walk to White Oaks Mall where my car was parked at 4:30 in the morning. Intercity needs to maintain their vehicles as they are bone shakers and extremely lout. Their suspensions on their vehicles are awful. I could not even watch a movie as the sound was too loud from the bus. The only thing I like about intercity is their schedule. Thank u

my experience was absolutely terrible. the bus left 40 minutes late after keeping us at the station from pearson with absolutely no communications. my trip home was arguably even worse as I was left at my pick up spot, nobody came to get me until i called. there was absolutely no communication at all and the taxi they sent to get me for an 8 am bus departure time did not get to me till 8:20. now they are telling me my 8 am bus is not leaving till 8:30. it’s now 8:36 and the bus is not even at the station. absolutely abysmal and i will never be travelling with intercity again.
Many users have praised the service for its friendly and helpful drivers, clean buses, and comfortable seating. The overall travel experience is often described as safe and satisfying. However, some travelers noted occasional delays in arrival times due to various factors such as weather conditions or waiting for passengers. Additionally, there were mentions of confusion regarding bus stop locations at airports which could be improved with clearer signage.
ONEXBUS Toronto London recent customer reviews
Overall fine, a drop-off change went uncommunicated and we didn’t know we wouldn’t be taken to our destination until the last minute, leaving us the option of either the stop before or the stop after.

The bus was an hour late, the bus is in horrible condition and very uncomfortable and noisy. I’m finding service to be more unreliable each trip I take.

The bus arrived at the pick up on time. More realistic timeframe should have been set out. Not physically possible to have completed the trip in the scheduled 2hrs, 20 minutes given the time of day, on-going known road construction and many stops. Add heavy time-of- day traffic leaving GTA- arrived 90 mins. late to destination.
Customers have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting punctuality and friendly drivers. The buses are often described as clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant journey. However, some users noted the absence of charging outlets despite being advertised and occasional delays in departure or arrival times without prior notice.

Ride ended up taking 1 or 2 hours longer than expected which I understand cause of Toronto traffic, but there was this awful sound like some sort of alert going off the entire 3-4 hour drive that stopped me from sleeping snd gave me a massive headache.

Your bus was delayed for 2 hours. No notices or anything. It actually said departed on the board! Major hassle for everyone waiting

The seats were much smaller than the ONEX bus, the driver wouldn't even talk to us when we asked a question, and the bus smelled.

Many appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks, friendly staff, clean buses, spacious seats with tables and outlets. Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience.
I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.
Customers appreciate the simple check-in process and comfortable seats. However, there are consistent complaints about the bus being late for pick-up and arriving in London 1.5 hours behind schedule. Some suggest finding less congested routes to avoid delays. Additionally, some passengers mention a lack of outlets on the bus as an inconvenience during their journey. On a separate note, other customers report that despite affordable fares and quick travel times, they experienced noisy conditions with unpleasant odors from onboard toilets."

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip.
Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive.
At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

The bus and driver were excellent. The app I used had a different pillar number than my receipt which caused some confusion.
The trip itself was almost an hour longer than reported. I understand traffic is hard to predict, but a better idea of possible arrivals/ delays would be nice. The driver should announce what is normal and not normal. More signage at the airport would help a new user like me better. I was not told if there was wifi or charging outlets.
