Red Arrow User Reviews
Red Arrow receives praise for its clean bathrooms and safe, punctual rides. However, some customers have noted issues with WiFi connectivity and a lack of expected amenities like USB ports and hot water. There are also mentions of unsatisfactory customer service at the Edmonton ticket office. Despite these concerns, drivers are generally appreciated for their professionalism on the road.
I love the seating arrangement and clean bus. What I didn't like on this trip is that the AC was bad and the bus was so hot. They tried all they could to get it working better but it was not up to what was expected. So the driver had to open the top exit space for air to come in which made the journey much better. They always apologized for the hot air and showed their concern, aside this we had a smooth ride back home

Woman that was working at Edmonton office was extremely rude and approached a 3yr old kid demanding he turn down his toy when his grandmother was across the room getting luggage. Other customers had to get involved to get her to leave kid alone. She was also very rude last time I was there. Bus driver from Calgary was great. Bus driver to Fort McMurray was cold and unfriendly. Last time I traveled all drivers were great.

The driver Colin is a very polite man, he introduced himself and made sure that we were all comfortable. I hadn't ridden the bus for years and I am so glad I did today because of Colin.
