I liked the fact that even though the bus arrived later than I had expected at Southgate Centre, it still arrived in the drop off location in Edson at the stated time on my ticket. The seats were comfortable and the snacks/drinks on offer was a nice touch. The fact I was given a phone call the day before my trip, telling me to head to the alternate pickup location at Southgate Centre due to construction blocking access to the normal downtown depot, was very much appreciated as well!

Woman that was working at Edmonton office was extremely rude and approached a 3yr old kid demanding he turn down his toy when his grandmother was across the room getting luggage. Other customers had to get involved to get her to leave kid alone. She was also very rude last time I was there. Bus driver from Calgary was great. Bus driver to Fort McMurray was cold and unfriendly. Last time I traveled all drivers were great.
