Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Western University

This was our first time using Flixbus, so we didn't know what to expect. The driver was friendly, helpful, and drove extremely safe.

Terrible, Our pickup time at Pearson was 4:50 pm but due to our plane being delayed we arrived at the pickup P4 fifteen minutes late and the bus had left .We tried to book a later bus but all were sold out! I then tried to contact FlixBus but could not find a phone number! Finally we had to book 2 VIA tickets $206 for the 8:30pm train arriving in London at 11:00pm. Definitely not impressed by your service.

Ride ended up taking 1 or 2 hours longer than expected which I understand cause of Toronto traffic, but there was this awful sound like some sort of alert going off the entire 3-4 hour drive that stopped me from sleeping snd gave me a massive headache.

Last time I used intercity bus, the driver was late 25min we had to wait with no problem. Today bus travel time was at 15:40 but my flu got delayed a little I arrived at p4 ground level Ter1 exactly at 3:47 and the bus was gone the driver didn’t wait for me 7 minutes even though my wife called them to wait because my phone didn’t have reception

My trip didn't happen. It was supposed to be an airport pick-up to return to my city 2 hours away. The bus was cancelled 5 hours before pick-up while I was in the air so I was left scrambling to get home at 12:30 a.m. The carrier was InterCity Bus and apparently there was a mechanical issue with the bus - most companies have a fleet so that a replacement bus can be used.

Not drivers fault and he did the best he could given road and traffic conditions but I wish there had been better communication from Inner city regarding this.

There were no outlets and the bus did not have wifi even though those amenities were listed before I booked

Bus was 25 minutes late after saying 5 minutes and every other bus (coming from same locations) were on time. Got to our destination over an hour late

Was 17 minutes late. When I booked the ticket it was not mentioned that the bus stops in stratford. In the ticket the arrival to london is 2010H, the actual arrival is 2055H. The driver is polite though.

It was a lovely ride, the heat was cranked up too high though. Bus was late due to weather conditions, but that was understandable

Nice comfortable shuttle bus operated by Velocity. The driver, Balraj, was exceptional. He was so quick to jump out and open the door at stops that I couldn't beat him to the handle. Very careful when loading the luggage in and out of the back and even lifted the suitcases up to the curb for everyone. He was very respectful of all passengers regardless of age. Definitely would like to ride with him again.

It was not on time, 45 minutes late. Driver nice and conditions of the bus good. 🚌

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies ( the driver and the assistant) were very nice.

The bus cancelled on us and never notified us so we waited in the cold for an hour on Christmas Day missing Christmas dinner with our family

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.
