Bus Tickets from London to Pearson Toronto Airport

I specifically booked a bus because they are more comfortable and they have bathrooms. Last minute change to a very uncomfortable shuttle van. Not what I wanted nor what I agreed to. Also, it was so cold. Very unimpressed.

12 passenger shuttle van instead of advertised bus, no toilet, late arrival at pickup, late arrival at destination

Staff were very helpful and friendly. although doors were locked when I arrived, staff person was very apologetic. Helped with my bags. Did not like riding in the smaller bus, too crowded. I have significant allergies & sensitivities to perfumes - there was a lot of odours from other customers in close proximity. Noise levels of people talking & background music playing were uncomfortably high- even with wearing noise cancelling headphones. No place to plug in devices. I think larger coach would not have these situations. Driver was good - no issues there.

The bus arrived at the chosen location on time; the driver was expecting us, was pleasant, polite and helpful loading our bags onto the bus. We arrived at Toronto Pearson Airport at the expected time.

I didn’t enjoy being cancelled through email and not phone as well as the email went to junk and was missed. But I do appreciate the speedy resolve and the priority placed on rescheduling a ride in a timely manner.

Had to switch from the bus to a van at Pearson to get to the downtown stop with no explanation or heads up, and then the rest of the ride took an extra 25 minutes.

Seats were a bit worn down and outlet had cracked cover. Otherwise it was ok. Unsure if I could pick my own seat or if I just missed that option

Bus was late coming to pick me up and than took over 6.5 hours to make it from London Ontario to Union Station in Toronto

Good. Was on time ! That was great. But it would have been nicer to be able to board earlier as it was cold waiting outside.

It was completely enjoyable, by FAR the best bus service between London and Toronto. I can't rate it highly enough!

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

The bus was on time, which is good. But the air freshener was too strong. The scent is nauseating, which made the ride very uncomfortable.

Trip was comfortable and on time. The bus said badder bus on it and I booked Megabus so it was a bit confusing as there are other buses that leave from the same location.

It was excellent. The driver was informative and we arrived not just on time but 20 minutes early - and that was with traffic disruptions in Toronto due to a marathon!!!

It was perfect, few people on the bus, friendly driver, perfectly on time, will 100% use again.

The bus driver was late. He also drove very fast in the passing lane for the majority of the trip. He frequently slamed on the breaks as well.

The bus was 20 minutes late and the pickup location was changed without letting us know in advance. When I complained about these to customer service, he hung up on me!

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.

They cancelled the bus at 10:30 pm the night before. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

The bus did not pick up at the Royal Paan as scheduled and we had to walk to Fanshawe College bus area to catch it in the pouring rain. The bus itself had some type of mechanical problem so could not travel the posted speed limit. The driver drove in the middle lane on the 401 with all the issues and I think he should have been in the far right to not impede traffic. The driver was courteous and helpful with the luggage etc but he spent way too much time on his phone. That being said I do not know if it was about the bus or if it was it personal calls.

Decent train, lucky that the cart was mostly empty. But we were 15 min late enroute and then 30 min standing waiting for the platform in Toronto. Got late for everything and such a waste.

Instructions and help was clear and available. The trip was 40 min late ( rail congestion). My seat tray was broken and the seats were not very comfortable.

Provide free tomato soup. We pay so much money for travel. Give some refreshments free.

Very fast and efficient service. Driver got us to destination 10 minutes earlier. Would highly recommend.

Bus was late I guess due to people’s prior stop and getting them in , but ride and bus driver was amazing , fast and comfortable.

The shuttle bus was on time and clean. The driver was polite and drove us safely to the airport. I would book with them again. Thanks!

I will only travel with London Travel from here on, The driver Carlos was so wonderful and friendly and it was first class service. The vehicle was immaculate, playing soft classical music and calm, with perfect car temperature. This the only way I will travel to London back from on. Please don’t change a thing.
