That means that our trip was 2h more than expected because they are poorly organized. We were supposed to arrive around 7pm but the bus arrived at 10:15pm… I understand that traffic is small part of that time but the major issue is the waiting time for late drivers…

Via staff where great! The train was 2 and Half hours late. Not happy about that and the excuses they gave. Computer generated responses. The attendant explained it better than the emails I got from Via. We were late so we had to wait for the trains that were on time. He was being honest the Via system was making up excuses. Not happy about that.
