Good experience as far as the drive went. Booked it for my husband to meet family in Toronto. Bus driver was unhelpful when loading, my husband had a heart condition and he didn’t offer to help with luggage. Young women were pushing luggage back and rearranging luggage to fit more in as he stood there and watched.

The seat was comfortable. It was a smooth ride. The only downside of my trip was the waiting time to leave Kingston. It was emphasized that I have to be at departure point 15 min before departure, but the bus had dinner break at Harvey’s for 30 min and since there was no assigned seating, I had to wait for everybody get on board first. I was waiting for 45 min to get on the bus.

I like the communication letting me know if there are any changes in the schedule and route, the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the attentiveness of the two—or three-member crew. Also, being able to choose where to sit comfortably, like in an airplane-style chair (pull-out tables are included for each chair), is a bonus.

I was told on the ticket that the bus would have wifi and an outlet. The bus did not have wifi and the outlet was by the window. As I was in the aisle it was inaccessible and the woman I was sitting next to did not want to plug my device in. Additionally there was trash rolling on the ground which gave me the impression it had not been cleaned very well.

The bathroom is over the engine, which is cooking faeces and smelling the whole bus. Disgusting experience!
