Horrible. I’ve ridden with them once before and had no issue but this time the bus was 1.5 hours late and once I got on, smelled overwhelmingly of urine to the point of nausea. Almost threw up near the end after dealing with it for 2.5 hours. Disgusting

were told by email luggage only 25lbs - that does not work for international travellers. 1.5 hour phone call said belleville train "24 hour email" INFORMATION WAS WRONG. Nearly cancelled our tickets but assured online we were OK. Got to Belleville train station and door locked until 1/2 hour before our train. It was raining. two cabs with riders also standing in the rain. Got on train our ticket 18a and 18b did not exist. overall standing in the rain, late train, wrong luggage info and we had no seats (sat wherever a seat was open) not what we prepaid for.

There was nothing to enjoy about this ride. The shuttle was vibrating, at one point I thought the tire would flew out. There was no space to strech my legs. My carry on had to be on my lap. Overall it wasn't worth i will not be riding with the shuttle anymore.
