Bus Tickets from Belleville, CA to Toronto

there was no ac and the bus broke down 30 minutes before before arriving to destination

Horrible. I’ve ridden with them once before and had no issue but this time the bus was 1.5 hours late and once I got on, smelled overwhelmingly of urine to the point of nausea. Almost threw up near the end after dealing with it for 2.5 hours. Disgusting

Driver was awesome

Driver was very kind when I coulnd't easily locate my online ticket and reassured me I was on roster. Though 20 minutes late arriving in Belleville where I was to onboard, he managed to get us to Union Station despite heavy traffice without incurring more delays.

I would have liked if seats were to be assigned prior to boarding. It would be more organized. It was difficult to find an open seat on my bus due to passengers taking up both seats for themselves (placing a bag on empty seat next to them, and/or laying down on two seats).

Although the Bus was 25 minutes late arriving in Belleville to pick me up, it arrived 25 minutes early at Union Station. Couldn’t be happier. This might be that I picked a late bus, so there was no traffic in Toronto around 8:30 PM when we passed through.

The bus was 35 minutes late, which caused me to miss my Uber and messed up my schedule. I’m not mad about the delay—these things happen—but no one informed us, which was frustrating. I also called twice and a guy picked up, but he was mumbling and hard to understand. Plus, the bus was making weird noises the whole trip, like the mud flap was hitting the tire on my side.

The bus was over an hour late and no discount for future travel was even offered

The bus came 2hours after its designated time and it broke down on the high way too as I was forced to get an Uber to go home, I ended up Missing work because it left at a later time than it was supposed to

Bus was insanely late for no reason, two passengers were talking out loud a long time so that eventually someone asked them to knock it off. Meanwhile they were vaping too.

I couldn't find the bus at 311 Canifton road, was there at 12:35 pm and there was no bus, I asked the attendant at Petro Canada gas station and she said she's never seen a bus there, so waited until almost 1 pm, and called a taxi to train station.
