It would be great to have signage of where the bus stop is. Otherwise the driver was polite and helpful. An uneventful trip which is great.

The experience was affected due to the driver not assisting with luggage loading. Driver advised he could not assist us, it was not his job. The travel itself was great!

Finding the bus was a huge frustration as we couldn't find 1 Victoria St. Thankfully while driving around we saw the bus arrive & were surprised it stopped on the side of the road to load passengers, not in a parking lot.

However, some users mention challenges with unclear pickup locations in Kitchener, which could cause confusion for travelers unfamiliar with the area. The bus ran out one hour behind the schedule what caused me to arrive fifteen minutes before the soccer game I had to go watch. I was so disappointed for your service

The bus I reserved was cancelled… the replacement but went to square one… got home 7 hrs late and missed my appointment. No refund… no apology…. No explanation. This is not a believable reliable government transit service.

I booked the bus to take me to Pearson Airport and received an email saying that the bus would be delayed by 15 minutes, however when I tracked the bus it was still an hour away. I phoned to ask for an update and was told that the bus would arrive in 45 minutes which was not possible. A family member ended up driving me to the airport as the bus delay would have put me at risk of missing my plane.
Many users have praised the bus service for its cleanliness, comfort, and courteous drivers who ensure a smooth ride. The app is user-friendly and efficient communication regarding delays was appreciated. However, several reviews highlighted confusion about pick-up locations due to unclear signage or descriptions at certain stops.

Greeted by name, and quickly helped with luggage. Site specifies that the ticket should be printed but thankfully the driver did not require.

Bus got stuck in stratford which is not anyone’s fault cause there was a snowstorm. But nobody informed about the delay and I have waited there for more than 1.5 hours. I needed to catch the flight and I had to book uber worth 150 dollars to airport. Very poor service

Pick up location was very confusing. The location listed only described the general area. It should give more in depth details. We felt like we almost missed the bus.

The bus basically broke down twice. On the 427 south it broke for good and we waited at the side of the highway for another bus to come. Basically over an hour late by the time we arrived. Bus driver was fantastic. Give him something that runs to drive.
