Ebus User Reviews
Ebus receives praise for its clean and spacious buses, providing a generally comfortable travel experience. However, some users have noted issues such as delays in arrival times and communication gaps from drivers regarding changes or procedures during the journey. Additionally, there are concerns about icy conditions at certain stops and occasional lapses in bus cleanliness on specific routes.
I was fortunate to ride on one of your new buses and that was very nice. The driver was professional, and also I appreciated that he went over all key points besides our seat belts, items in overhead, alcohol, smoking etc.He also mentioned for respect for all passengers, using headphones when using our devices and not using speaker on cell . The driver was polite but clear on all points and I appreciate that as I find sometimes drivers are not consistent with those points.

The whole trip was amazing. What made it three star is there was a one guy passenger who talks through his phone the whole trip like a megaphone. We almost reached Vernon before th driver has to speak up and say, “Can the one who talks too loud lower it a bit for the whole bus can hear you?”

The journey was fine, but started off with the bus driver being extremely rude

It was very bad experience as I booked the Ebus two times and paid fare but both of the times it was delayed for more than one and half hour and due to that I have to book a taxi to reach my destination as it was necessary to reach on time for an official meeting. I could not travel in ebus even after paying for two times -on 1st and 2nd May , 2025. I would like to be paid my fare back to my account. So disappointed with the service

Bus was 45 minutes late and no notification about delay. I had to call to check if bus is coming or not. Other day I was mistakenly waiting on their old bus stop at guildford and bus just went in front of my eyes I requested them if they can stop bus for me for 2-3 minutes at next stop as I was following the bus, they said they can’t wait for me as they have to reach on time. Where is their statement about ON TIME in this trip.
