The passanger was suppose to get on the bus at 6pm in PE. He got there at 17:30 and the people told him the bus already left.
Now he is still in PE and nobody wants to assist us.

on time, comfortable but TV screen on the whole trip making all passengers have to pull their blankets over their heads (for those who had blankets) and no cabin staff available to switch it off.

I enjoyed nothing because the bus didn't appeared in time. We've been waiting for 2h from 3:30am to 5:30am. Nobody replied my calls to the customer care and even on whatsapp. I had to take a taxi to PE in order to get my flight in time. I demand a refound

I had to wait for almost 3 hours for the bus,the worst part is i was standing at the garage with a 5 months old infant from 3am.The bus was support to leave Middleburg at 3:30 am,but it was so late that it left at 5:35 am.
