it would be unfair of me to tell others not to use Makalala given this was the 1st time i used them, but my experience compared to other trips i have made on same route was less than enjoyable.

This was the first time my employee travelled out of Cradock. I booked a ticket which said the departure was from Caltex in Jacalta Rd and the arrival point was the foreshore Cape Town. The actual departure point was the Total garage and arrival point was In Crossroads. The driver said he will drop her where she is going. Asked for the address but he had no idea how to get her to her destination. Communication was very bad and after more than 2 hours, I asked him to meet me at a garage so that I can collect her. The driver had no idea where he was and dropped her eventually at a random garage. Taking into account this is the first time this person has ever travelled. They left her alone at the garage and drove off at 3am. This poor young lady left there traumatised.

Unorganized, no communication with the customer my bus were suppose to arrive at 19:35 cradock it arrived at 21:00 no one is calling and tell what going on, the condition of the bus was very poor, the bus need more attention because it was very slow leading to arrived very late in Cape Town 09:00, I'm so disappointed with your services.
