Greyhound Buffalo Albany recent customer reviews
This was my first experience with Greyhound and it was not pleasant. We were 15 minutes late leaving Buffalo because we had to switch buses for some reason. I'm not sure if the bus wasn't in driving condition or not but after everyone was on we all had to get off. We did get to Syracuse on time but it got much worse from there. We were at least 25 minutes late leaving Syracuse and the bus stalled in Utica after getting off the exit. The driver got the bus to start again and drove us to the station. She kept saying the bus broke down but I think it just stalled for a second. She panicked and said that the bus was not drivable. She called and ordered another bus from Albany. We had to wait an hour and a half for the Albany bus to show up. After it did, there were a few riders that were NOT on the original bus that got onto this one. There were even fewer seats to choose from. I had to sit behind two screaming kids for the last part of my trip and it smelled like barf near my seat. I Couldn't possibly be more dissatisfied with this experience.

A lot of delay. No time anywhere to get some food or drinks which were also not given to us, and the bus driver was nog friendly.
