The only issue with the journey was not directly the fault of the bus company- we had over two hour delay at the boarder. Otherwise I found the driver to be professional and friendly and informative and the trip was smooth.

Bus schedule did not take into account border patrol stop, which we were told was faster than usual. We were 1hr 20min late and missed our flight because of this. We had called the night before and we're assured we did not have to get a sooner bus as the bus should run on time. These busses never run on time since they do not account for the border patrol stop. Add 1.5hrs to 2 hrs to any time estimate crossing the Canadian border. Extremely dissatisfied, people rely on Greyhound to be on time and in this case the absolutely failed.

It was a new bus. The driver stopped at Duncan Donuts in Plattsburgh, but did not tell us we could get off, so few did. When we got to Saratoga, he said we could not get off. Therefore, the bathroom was covered with pee, all over the floor and seat.
It was disgusting. Thank God we got off in Albany.
According to user feedback, the overall travel experience was satisfactory. However, there were some concerns about an unnecessary stop close to the final destination that led to a delay in arrival time.

It was fine, but we stopped rather unnecessarily for twenty minutes only half an hour before the final destination, making us late for our arrival time instead of just getting there on-time.
Based on 5493 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the seats and the ticket access but often complained with the wifi. Amtrak ticket prices on this trip start at $80
