It was bad. The trip was supposed to be 4 hours and it took 12 hours. The bus had a problem and a mechanic had to come resolve the problem while we waited for 3 hours.There was little communication. Spent all day on the road.

Good drivers were patient. i booked online and did not know i still have to get a boarding pass. i was advised to do so while the drivers were loading luggage and was back from office and allowed to board the bus. it was an enjoyable and relaxed trip.
