The journey was very good, the bus was comfortable and the temperature was regulated very well🫶 rest room was clean and convenient for use.

The bus did not have charging ports, and seat didn't incline. I must say it was on time and also arrived on time.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 18:40 but it arrived at 19:50. Then got to park station at 10:30am. The hours was unbearable for a child.

First bus broke down and we had to wait 4 plus hours for a new one, which didn't have a toilet which meant the bus had to stop on the side the road for ppl to do their business. And, we we're move to a third bus with no charging port, traveled in 3 busses total and was more then 6 hrs to the destination

Greyhound driver decided to argue with me that am late while he was still on the ground and proceed to go in the buss and drove without me. They are rude and stubborn

The bus arrived an hour after it's stipulated arrival time because there were many stops on our way to Johannesburg.

Big sky worker treated me well,the bus was early and we arrived in time.The toilet was smelling.

Our tickets altogether were R4k+, however, not even half way through the trip there was no water to flush the toilet or wash the hands. The smell was unbearable. At least for the money have these facilities checked, we are on a trip for quite some hours. I don't think we will make use of the bus again.

The bus smell verry bad the toilet is verry bad durtty the porpel on the bus is not frendly at all
