Very bad service, I would not recommend it to anyone. Big tree bus not available from Pretoria but on ticket it states I will find it had to take transit bus to johannesburg, which the bus driver and transit bus staff were complaining there about big tree passengers.
I will never again use big tree, it is not worth it
