Bus Tickets from Benoni to Pinetown

The driver was on point and the ride was smooth.the problem was the exchange of buses it was rash and less communication from the driver's.the lost of valuables and the seating positions of passengers was changed drastically and that made the trip unpleasant.cause the first bus it had all the comforts and the second one had no airconditioning that was a no no.

The journey was delayed, perhaps due to roadworks. Otherwise a comfortable ride, thx.

The bus reached Pinetown at 16h50 and not at 15h50 as promised due to being subjected to lengthy waiting for buses coming somewhere else to swop commuters. This was indecent and unprofessional. The toilet was stinking because it was not managed or monitored by a company employee as the driver was making mere anouncements that could not be enforced (i.e. the toilet must be used for peeing only - not for number 2). I am flabbergasted and will not use your bus again.
