The experience was horrible and disappointing. Firstly, the bus was 4 hours late, we got over that because we understand that operational hiccups happen. What was very disappointing and unacceptable though is temperature of 26 degrees Celsius inside the bus, every single person in the bus was complaining about the heat, but the driver refused to switch the heater off. Over 12 hours in a full bus at a 26 degrees Celsius is not the kind of experience I would’ve expected from the Intercape company.
