I am so disappointe by APMWC. They did not come to Park station. And only informed me at 17:06 that I mustat Engen garage in Mudrand by 17:00. Which I did at an extra cost but there was no APM bus there. By the time I reached the place.
Iam so upset because they are not picking the phoe too.
Frustrated because that was the last money I have so I couldn't travel. Because of them. Also my credits are gone because I used them to buy their ticket.

Citylink massaged via me via WhatsApp on the day of scheduled traveling, informing me that they have booked Eagleliner for me because their busses have a technical problem. The buss ticket was sent amounting R545.
My traveling to King Williams Town was very uncomfortable. The sits are very close to each other. My knees were uncomfortable and the window was banging. The seats were upright, i could not sleep. We were placed like sardines in a can. It was a horrible experience for 13 hours. I chose Citylink and paid R600 because I wanted to be comfortable. I am not happy with the treatment I received from citylink. I lodged a complain and did not receive a response to date. They also refused to pay back my change, because I paid R600 and the ticked they gave me was R545. Citylink could have atleast given me an option to choose the bus that i wanted. With R600 I could have got a decent bus. I am a grieved customer.
