The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the unprofessionalism of a male worker there, who called me, telling me I should sit with him at his office. Then carried on to take my bags without my permission to his office, trying to force me there. I didn’t go and a very polite man helped to get my luggage. I didn’t feel safe.

Your bus was very late the waiting area is very cold I asked for boiled water I couldn't get it they said they don't have the lady wasn't unfriendly not even helping with a smile the bus seats are not comfortable the bus staff was unprofessional they mention something about the bus bricks packesI and folds of the bus I couldn't even rest because I was fearing for our lives I asked myself how safe are we in this bus I think are things must not be said infant of the clients some of us we are sensitive this question came to my mind was the bus serviced are we safe here can I trust this company with our lives
