Citiliner User Reviews
Revisit your policy of exchange on travel times.I was intending to travel on 4th November from Capetown.I bought my ticket online by mistake for 5th November. When I visited your Civic Centre offices to request for a switch to anytime on the 4th other than the 3pm bus,I had intended to board,I was told to pay an additional R420.00.I found this a bit weird considering that there aren't many passengers travelling, the buses aren't at all full. Why being so rigid and inconsiderate? Money is a scarce commodity these days.

My cousin travelled with her 2 years old kid from Johannesburg to Ladysmith and was asked to pay a ticket only for herself because the kid was less than 3 years old. But for her trip way back to Johannesburg from Ladysmith, the driver refused to take her and the 2 years old kid because she only bought one ticket as requested from the Johannesburg office. She tried to explain why she only bought one ticke but the driver did not even want to listen to her and drove away, left her and the kid in the station. Then some other passengers could not accept the driver behaviour obliged the driver to return back to the station to take them. The bus return back to the station but the driver still requested her to buy a new ticket for the kid. I do not get the point where their own office is not in aggreement with their drivers. That's ridiculous and disappointed.
