However, several reviews mention issues such as broken air conditioning covers, unclean toilets lacking water or soap, and non-functional charging points. Additionally, some passengers experienced delays due to traffic or early departures by the bus drivers.

On the ticket they wrote that the bus gonna arrive at 05am but to my suprised we arrived around 03:30 I manage to go to work early, I was afraid I'm gonna be late for work, that's what I really like about it

Citiliner is okay, great if it isn’t for the bad odour that comes from the toilet. What made my experience not so good today is a broken piece of steel that was digging into my skin, if it wasn’t for the jacket I wore I would’ve been bruised. And the window seemed broken so I got rained on. Fix this please

It was bad, the employees were very rude and disrespectful. They refuse to help and misuse their power. The online page clearly says that charging ports were available but there was none on the bus in working condition, only the bus driver's. I will without a doubt never use Citliner plus or Greyhound again.
