I ttavelled from Bloemfontein to Pe. Driver gave no probs. Drived safe.Bus toilet were smelly. People sleeping on 2 seats and i had to walk up and down inside the bus as some of them didnt want to make space next to them. I know it winter but heater were just something else. Also no bags for dirt so bus were dirty

Passengers without water and food had to wait for hours on the side of the road. Without any feedback from greyhound. Some passengers without money and with phones that was not charged due to the delays was stranded. It was really a frustrating /scary experience.
